APPLICATIONS

Continuously measuring blast furnace top gas for CO, CO2 and hydrogen.  Is recognized as one of the best ways to determine blast furnace carbon balance.  In addition, these analyzers are invaluable in calculating the mass balance of the furnace, which in turn leads to more efficient use of fuel (coke and oil).  In most cases, the fuel saved in several months of operation with an accurate and reliable top gas analyzer will easily pay for the analyzer and installation.
